Having always grown up being interested in health and wellness, Estelle quickly learned how amazing the human body is after a life threatening car accident at age 19, leaving her learning how to walk, function in a new body, and come to terms with what she’d experienced.
Yoga and Pilates were an entry point back into movement for Estelle, which she fell in love with as they supported both her physical and mental health through her recovery; nervous system regulation and breathwork soon followed as the natural progression of creating a life she loved.
Estelle now enjoys the (mental and physical) challenges of powerlifting and snowboarding, alongside her regular movement and somatic practices.
