We launched with a BANG as a group of women came together to see what IWH was all about . We gathered together to meet new women over a glass of bubbles at the very cute Macedon Lounge.

As the sun rose over the world, we participated in Pilates, breath work and some reflection as our wellness girilies connected with each other over a stunning breakfast at the gorgeous 302 Flowers.

A casual catch up at the gorgeous 600 Above in Woodend saw old and new connections continue to flourish. A non ticketed event meant accessibility for everyone. 

Set at a gorgeous country property in Gisborne South. An intimate group of women came together for a 5 course meal by Master Chef contestant Phil Conway. We networked over beautiful food whilst a panel of powerhouse women discussed pushing through the glass ceiling and being successful in a mans world. 

To reflect on a great year, the tribe gathered at the serene Pemberley Estate in Malmsbury and connected over yummy cocktails and nibbles whilst taking in the views and meeting a few new women along the way.

A group of inspiring women came together to listen and learn from a range of specialised  facilitators that spoke on topics such as burnout, social media and stakeholder management. A day of learning, reflection and connection.
