FEEDING YOUR MENTAL HEALTH With Rebecca Mullins & Guests
Sunday, May 31st 1.30pm-4.00pm.

In a world full of internal and external noise around mental health and a balanced lifestyle, we thought it was time to turn to the experts and talk all things women's mental health.

Join Bec Mullins, counsellor and owner of The Wholeself - Gisborne, for a supportive afternoon designed for women navigating midlife. We’ll explore the mental load many women carry in their late 30s to early 50s, and how to show up for your mental health with honesty, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of empowerment. If you’re feeling stretched or ready to reconnect with yourself, this is your space to pause and reset.

Bec will be joined by Rachel Saunders, nutritionist and owner of Build it Balanced who will be doing some hands on demonstrations of easy foods that will fuel your mind and mental health - with plenty of yummy treats to test and try along the way!

Followed by Estelle, owner of Subtle Strength Sunbury, who will be guiding us through some simple breath work techniques to apply immediately in to your life in times of overwhelm or struggle.

This event is designed to be fully immersive, hands on and a whole lot of FUN!

DRESSING WITH EMOTION
With Clair Hill
Sunday 21st June, 2pm-5pm

Dressing with emotion will showcase Clair Hill as you may have never seen her before.

This interactive and thought provoking session will have you considering what emotional dressing is, how your style could dictate how you show up not only for others but more importantly, yourself. As part of this experience, you will be provided a digital journal to note your emotions toward dressing for a week prior to the event as well as leaving with an e-book with simple rules and reminders to keep you on track!

Receive personalised style advice without breaking the bank - with one on one time with Clair to re work your wardrobe without paying for a personal experience (saving you money to shop!)

This is about going deep into your wardrobe and re-imagining what you already own, and applying simple rules to give you confidence to feel and look great.

Clair is not about sending you off with a huge shopping list, but rather applying rules and filling small gaps to make a big difference.

TICKETS TO THIS EVENT ARE SUPER LIMITED FOR A PERSONALISED EXPERIENCE.
