About The Event
In a world full of internal and external noise around mental health and a balanced lifestyle, we thought it was time to turn to the experts and talk all things women's mental health.
Rebecca Mullins, owner of The Wholeself - Gisborne and local counsellor will be walking along side us for an afternoon of understanding the mental load women carry, how to show up for your mental health and be honest with yourself in the process.
Bec will be joined by Rachel Saunders, nutritionist and owner of Build is Balanced who will be preparing some hands on demonstrations of easy foods that will fuel your mind and mental health - with plenty of yummy treats to test and try along the way!
